Built on Experience. Driven by Vision.
Where Fresh Ideas Take Root
It began with a simple observation: the fruit trade could be smarter.
Behind every shipment lies a story - of growers, transporters, and retailers who deserve more clarity and trust.
With years of experience and one shared vision, we founded Frusion Fresh: to turn complexity into connection and tradition into progress.
Because the future of fruit trade isn’t built on volume - it’s built on vision.
It Started with a Simple Question:
Why Not Better?
For years, we worked deep inside the fruit trade - negotiating shipments, balancing logistics, and managing unpredictable supply chains.
We saw the same challenges repeat: missing transparency, inconsistent quality, and countless middlemen standing between grower and retailer.
Too much potential was lost between harvest and shelf.
So we decided to build something different.
A company that connects what has long been disconnected - turning experience, trust, and data into one intelligent system.
That’s how Frusion was born.
We are a team built on decades of know-how, focused on making fruit supply chains more transparent, efficient, and fair - from the producers to the marketplace.
Because the future of fresh fruit isn’t about moving faster.
It’s about moving smarter.
Experience. Strategy. Vision.
From Field to Future
Jose Claure knows the fruit business from the ground up - literally.
After earning his degree in Agricultural Economics at Universidad Zamorano in Honduras, he began shaping the future of fresh produce across continents. His career took him from production sites to the strategic heart of the European fruit business, including leadership roles within the supply chain of major retail fruit distributors in Germany.
At Frusion, he now leads market strategy, innovation, and product development - connecting producers and retailers through smarter systems, transparent structures, and a shared commitment to quality.
Making Operations Flow Smoothly
Nicole Macias brings a sharp understanding of agricultural economics and the realities of international trade.
A graduate of Universidad Zamorano, she has spent years leading teams and projects that connect growers and retailers with precision and reliability. Her experience spans quality management, client relations, and the operational steering of global supply chains — always with a focus on consistency and trust.
At Frusion, Nicole oversees day-to-day operations, process optimization, and performance control. She ensures that every shipment, every partnership, and every certification runs as seamlessly as the vision behind it.
Because in a fast-moving business, precision isn’t just an advantage - it’s a promise.
